The Calamarata perfectly blends the Neapolitan tradition with a contemporary format and rich in flavor. It takes its name from the squid (calamaro) rings. Made with bronze dies.
Durum wheat flour and water are the only ingredients of this recipe reinterpreted and handcrafted by Filotea, which involves dividing the classic Neapolitan Paccheri in half to obtain an unmistakable format, excellent with all sauces.
Rough and porous, the Calamarata Filotea is perfect especially with seasoning based on fish and seafood. Combine it with a fresh and delicate white wine.
Made with 100% Italian durum wheat, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, with 13% protein content, Filotea Calamarata pasta are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
