FILOTEA, Fettuccine agli Spinaci (Spinach Fettuccine Egg Pasta)
Filotea Spinach Fettuccine - 1cm in width with spinach in the dough. This is a long, flat pasta with a very unique texture that is amazing at absorbing any sauce you combine it with. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt to taste. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 4 minutes. Then, drain the pasta and immediately add your favourite condiments or sauces. Filotea Spinach Fettuccine is delicious with vegetable sauces.
