FILOTEA Sugo al ragù is similar to the ragù alla Bolognese, this Filotea Sicilian Pasta Sauce is made with only with locally sourced Sicilian ingredients. Completely natural and made only with Italian tomatoes, pork, veal, carrots, celery, onions, red wine 5%, extra virgin olive oil, Italian tomato paste, sugar, whole sea salt, nutmeg and black pepper. This versatile sauce pairs wonderfully with a variety of pasta shapes, such as spaghetti, tagliatelle, rigatoni, fusilloni. Needs to be refrigerated.
